The fourth in a series of six webinars on EU Relations Law (“EURL”) from Monckton Chambers focused on the UK’s internal market post Brexit.
The webinar was chaired by Ian Rogers Q.C. The other speakers were: George Peretz Q.C., Anneli Howard, Alan Bates and Thomas Sebastian.
The panel discussed the Internal Market Act 2020, the meaning and application of the market access commitments, the Act’s impact on devolution, and potential litigation arising from the Act.
