The final webinar in a series of six webinars on EU Relations Law (“EURL”) from Monckton Chambers focused on recent developments in procurement law.
The webinar was chaired by Michael Bowsher QC. The other speakers were: Ewan West, Azeem Suterwalla, Khatija Hafesji and Ligia Osepciu
The panel discussed the proposals in the Government’s Green Paper, the Government’s recent Policy Note on reserved contracts, and the Social Value Model 2021.
